Born and raised in Missouri in a musical family. Studied vocal and choral music at Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, MO. Served as Minister of Music in Baptist churches for 30 years. Provided musical entertainment for residents of Independent/Assisted Living facilities throughout the St. Louis, MO area since 2014.

Primary style of music performance is Gospel/Contemporary Christian. Secondary interest is pop standards, country, smooth jazz and easy listening.
My first recordings (16 albums, 100 singles) are uploaded to the streaming service SoundCloud under my real name Larry Scantlan. Beginning November, 2024, I began creating new music under the alias name of Larry Lewis & The Digital Vocal Band utilizing the most advanced AI technology available anywhere. Currently I have 2 albums and 11 singles released.
